The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and five single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a garage, a fridge, a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a stovetop, a coffee maker, an oven and a dishwasher.

This idyllic thatched holiday home is set on a sprawling 10,000 m² natural plot near Vig Lyng, offering plenty of space for children to play and explore freely. With its authentic character and traditional farmhouse charm, the house is thoughtfully furnished in a style that perfectly matches its rural surroundings, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for your stay. The spacious interior combines comfort with rustic touches. The kitchen is well equipped for family meals, while the dining room with pellet stove invites cozy gatherings. The living room features sloped ceilings, a wood stove, and a fireplace that adds charm to the space, though the fireplace itself is not in use for safety reasons. From here, a staircase leads to a large open loft area (hems) with three extra sleeping places, making it an adventurous retreat for children or additional guests. The ground floor also offers two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, and a second bathroom with shower for convenience. From the entrance hall, a staircase leads to the first floor where you will find a third bedroom, providing a comfortable layout for larger families or groups. Just a ten-minute walk takes you to the shoreline, along peaceful private paths through the holiday home area. The beach is shallow and child-friendly, ideal for safe play and relaxed seaside moments. On your walk you may even encounter deer in the tranquil surroundings. For the youngest guests, the house is equipped with two high chairs, making it a family-friendly retreat where everyone can feel at home.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
