The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, a single bed, a double folding bed and a single folding bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a heater, two televisions and a game console. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer, a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave and an oven.

Well-appointed holiday home located close to a child-friendly sandy beach. The house was renovated in 2020 with new bathrooms and kitchen and a well-designed and tastefully decorated garden. The house is ideal for large families, and with a large annex with two bedrooms and a bathroom, there is ample opportunity to enjoy privacy and retreat. The cottage itself has two bedrooms with double beds and a children's room with bunk beds and toys. Large and spacious bathroom with shower, spa bath for two people, and large sauna with room for six to eight people. Living room with TV, Chromecast, and PlayStation3.Open and bright kitchen connected to the dining area. The annex has a small entrance hall with access to the bathroom, a room with a double bed, and a room with a double bed and TV. The kitchen opens onto a covered and furnished terrace. A really lovely outdoor area with a sunbathing area and several comfortable seating areas where you can enjoy the sun to the full. The garden has a covered lounge area, which can also be used as a shelter, and a swing set. Another furnished terrace with an awning. Large lawn area with space for ball games and garden games. The house has a parking space at the entrance and two parking spaces on the other side of the annex. The road on which the house is located leads directly down to a child-friendly sandy beach, and many people enjoy fishing in the area. Not far from shopping, mini golf course, and restaurants. Not available for rent to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
