The cottage is modernly furnished with an open kitchen with ceramic hobs, microwave, large refrigerator and dishwasher. The large bright living room has free, wireless internet, DVD player, Smart TV with German and Danish channels via cable TV. Cot and high chair for the little ones. Air / air heat pump and underfloor heating throughout the house. In the activity room there is billiards, table football, darts, PlayStation and TV. Two bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. The bedrooms are divided into two rooms with double beds and a room with two bunk beds for four people. Large, open terrace and a covered where there is room for cosiness, sunbathing, grilling m.m. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
