The holiday home for 20 persons has four bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, ten single beds and four single folding beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a TV, a CD player, a game console and a heather. In addition there is a table tennis table, a football table, a billiard, a terrace, a balcony or terrace, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with four toilets and four showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

In the cottage's activity room, you will find billiards, table football, table tennis, and darts, which can provide the setting for fun duels between vacationers. The room also has a sofa group where you can watch movies or play PlayStation 4, and the cottage's own bar with a refrigerator. The holiday home also has its own pool area with an indoor swimming pool for water lovers. The pool has Roman steps and a water slide. When you've used up all your energy in the pool, you can relax in the hot tub or sauna.There is a swimming coach. The cottage can accommodate a total of 20 guests and has 8 bedrooms. In addition, you will find the remaining 4 beds in one of the cottage's 2 lofts. The last loft is furnished as a play loft and is sure to be a hit with younger guests. The kitchen/family room is located in the center of the cottage, where there is plenty of room for all guests to eat together. Vacations are for relaxation and unwinding – so light up the wood-burning stove, put your feet up, and relax in front of the TV in the sofa corner while someone cooks in the kitchen. The olive green kitchen is, of course, well-equipped and has two dishwashers, two ovens, two sinks, and plenty of refrigerator space, so it's no problem to prepare large family dinners. From the kitchen, you can walk straight out onto the cottage's partially covered terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture, which is perfect for a cozy barbecue evening or relaxing in the summer sun. In the garden, there is a swing, sandpit, play tower, soccer goals, rebounder, and a trampoline for the children (use at your own risk/insurance). The house is located on a closed and undisturbed plot at the end of a closed road. Utility bills and the security deposit are paid at the office.Not available for rental to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
