The holiday home for 14 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, four bunk beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a stereo, a game console, a heather and a heater. In addition there is a billiard, a set of garden furniture, a table tennis table, a football table, a terrace and a sauna and there are two jacuzzis. The badroom is equipped with three showers and three toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a playground equipment and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave and a stovetop.

Modern and well-appointed holiday home with outdoor and indoor hot tubs, sauna and various activities located in Marielyst, approx. 900 metres from one of Denmark's best beaches. There is an activity room with billiards, table tennis, table football and PlayStation. The focal point of the house is the modern and bright kitchen/family room with dining and living area, where there is room for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, including 2 dishwashers, 2 fridge/freezers, 2 separate ovens with grill, microwave, induction hobs, coffee machine and much more. The living room is beautifully and brightly decorated with free wireless internet, cable TV with many Danish and German channels, etc. In addition, there is DAB radio with Wi-Fi, so there are plenty of opportunities to entertain yourself and pass the time for both young and old. The holiday home is extremely well laid out and there are several bathrooms, all with underfloor heating. One bathroom has both a shower and a spa bath as well as a sauna. There are four bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with two large bunk beds for four people. There is a cot and high chair for the little ones. There is a heat recovery system throughout the house, which ensures a good and healthy indoor climate. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Large outdoor hot tub for seven people, which is covered and can be enjoyed all year round. Here you can gaze at the stars and enjoy nature. From the beautiful and bright living room and activity room, you can step out onto the large 105 m2 terrace, where there is a lounge area, and you can sunbathe, barbecue (gas barbecue, purchase your own gas) and relax. There is also a covered terrace of 50 m2, where you can enjoy the late summer evenings with a glass of rosé wine or similar. On the large grounds, there is a trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance), a fire pit, swings and a sandpit, football goals and various games for the garden. There are therefore plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. Free access to Svømmecenter Falster and Nordfalster Svømmecenter. Not available for rental to youth groups. There is an electric car charger at the holiday home, but please note that it only charges solar panels.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
