Well-equipped holiday cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna approx. 300 m from the beach and town centre of Marielyst. The house is furnished with two separate sections, each with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, providing good space for 2 or 3 families. In addition, there is a cot and high chair in the house. The house was renovated in 2018 with new bathrooms and a scullery, where you will find the washer and dryer. There is a total of 3 bathrooms, all with shower and heated tile floor. There is an energy efficient heat pump. The cosy living room is combined with the kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The living room has a wood-burning stove, stereo with CD and TV. In addition, the house has a sauna and then there is the swimming pool and whirlpool. The pool is 18 m² and the whirlpool has room for 4 people. The house is on a large, enclosed garden plot where there is excellent shelter. Peaceful location yet close to town with stalls, crafts, etc. No letting to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
