The bright living room features large windows, a cozy wood-burning stove, and direct access to a 21 m² covered terrace. The open kitchen is well integrated with the dining area. From the living room you also reach a double bedroom, while a second double bedroom with its own terrace access is located off the hallway. A small loft (hems) with two extra sleeping places offers additional space, especially for children. The house has a guest WC and a spacious, light-filled bathroom with shower, whirlpool, and sauna – ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. Outside, the terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a sun lounger, and a barbecue for relaxed evenings. The elevated location ensures wide views, while the sandy beach is only a short walk from the house. Fishing enthusiasts will find good opportunities nearby. A grocery store offering fresh bread rolls is just a five-minute drive away. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
