The annex is located directly opposite the vacation home itself and has convenient access to its own bathroom in the house. The vacation home has a second bathroom and a kitchen with a dining area. The living room next door is one step lower and has access to the terrace and both bedrooms; one larger bedroom with a double bed and the second with two single beds. The larger bedroom has access to the bathroom and a convenient utility room with a washing machine. Climate-friendly heat pumps ensure economical heating consumption. Outside, you will find a well-maintained, planted property with several terraces and cozy seating areas. In front of the living room, there is a wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. The sea is less than a 10-minute walk away, and in summer there is a bathing jetty on the coast. A short drive takes you to Stillinge Beach with shopping, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and a child-friendly sandy beach. No rentals to youth groups, please!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
