Inside, the cozy open-plan kitchen-living area includes a small alcove and a TV lounge, perfect for relaxing evenings. The house features two bedrooms — one with a double bed and one with a single bed — plus a separate annex with two single beds, ideal for extra guests or children. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, an extractor hood, and a coffee maker. The bathroom offers a toilet, sink, and shower niche, and there's a separate utility room as well. Step outside onto the covered terrace, perfect for grilling and soaking in the sea view, or spend time in the large garden, which offers plenty of space for games and outdoor fun. Comfort is ensured year-round with electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump. The cozy furnishings throughout add to the relaxed holiday atmosphere. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
