Detailed information
On a large, scenic plot by Overby Lyng is this family-friendly cottage with outdoor pool and outdoor whirlpool and a nice view to the sea. The large swimming pool with sea water, heated by the sun, is an obvious gathering place for the family (can be used from May to September). At the terrace there is a 7-person whirlpool, which can be used all year round. The living room has large windows, from which there are views to the pool and to the campfire in the garden. Both bathrooms are from 2019 and are both located at one end of the house, along with all 6 bedrooms. There is direct access to the utility room from the terrace with the whirlpool. Note: no access to 1st floor. There is a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). Use of pool, water slide and spa is at your own risk / insurance. Use of cable car and campfire site at your own risk / insurance. Oil must be settled in the house & # 8211; DKK 11 per unit. Not for rent to youth groups, including persons under 25 years.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
