The open living room connects to a covered terrace and provides access to the kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and a small, comfortable dining area. The second bedroom features a large 180 x 200 cm double bed and its own direct access to the covered terrace. Outside, the property is a haven for relaxation and play. The spacious natural garden includes multiple cozy corners, a hammock, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a grill. There is ample space for children to run and play, along with a walking path and a seating bench for enjoying the surroundings. An older annex on the property offers two additional single beds, though please note that the annex does not have electricity. The home is just 1.5 km from Rørvig’s restaurants, street food spots, mini-golf course, ice cream shop, and local shops. Families will appreciate the area’s particularly child-friendly sandy beach, perfect for swimming and building sandcastles. This home provides the perfect combination of indoor comfort and outdoor enjoyment, ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful retreat near the coast. Rental to youth groups is not permitted, ensuring a quiet and pleasant stay for all guests.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
