Vacation home with 149 m² of living space and a 32 m² outdoor pool on the spacious property. Beautifully secluded, in a quiet and peaceful setting with lovely views over the surrounding fields. Originally built in 1969, the house was extensively renovated in 2006. It has a spacious entrance hall with access to a large bathroom with a bubbling whirlpool and pleasant underfloor heating. There are three bedrooms in the house; two of them with a double bed each, the third with a double bed and a fold-out double sofa bed. In addition, there is a spacious, separate annex next door on the property with a double bed and a refrigerator/freezer. The entrance hall in the house also provides access to the open-plan kitchen/living area with a dining and seating area for family life and a wonderful view of the heated pool in the garden. This can only be used from May 1 to September 1. Adjacent to this is the large terrace with seating and a barbecue. Spacious property with a fire pit for campfires, as well as a climbing frame and playhouse for the children. There is also a large double carport where bicycles are available for free use (subject to availability). The drive to the cozy marina with a number of restaurants, cafés, etc. is nearby. No rentals to youth or work groups, please!

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
