The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single folding beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a DVD player, a CD player, a stereo, a game console and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a sauna and a jacuzzi and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two baths or showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer, a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a stovetop, a microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

The well-maintained summer house 'Joy' is the ideal holiday home for couples and families with children, and the versatility of the house makes it easy to create the setting for the holiday you dream of in both larger and smaller groups. Here you can swim on the nearby fantastic beach or relax at home in the hot tub and sauna, while children and young people can use the many games and play facilities inside and out. You can sunbathe, read or grill in peace and quiet on the large terrace, and inside you can play board games etc., cozy up by the wood-burning stove with good films or play Playstation in the living room and on the loft. The house contains: Bright and cozy living room with a wood-burning stove located centrally with the rooms around it. On a rainy day, you can enjoy one of the house's many board games, play on PlayStation4, or watch a few of the approximately 100 DVDs on the living room's 55" smart TV. Chromecast and Google Home are installed. There is also a high chair and a baby chair for mounting on the dining table. Three bedrooms, one with raised beds and one with TV/DVD. Two of the rooms have direct access to the terrace, and one has a folding cot. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets on the door and around the bed. In the loft there are 2x80 cm good spring mattresses, TV/DVD, lots of children's films and a PlayStation2. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could want for preparing meals, and in addition to stove/oven, fridge/freezer, extractor hood and dishwasher, you will find: air fryer, microwave, coffee machines, coffee grinder, apple slice maker, waffle iron, hand mixer and egg cooker. Two bathrooms, one of which has a spa and sauna, as well as a washing machine and dryer. There is a hairdryer in both bathrooms. On the terrace there is a fully screened lounge area with sofa, table, sun loungers and parasol. By the north-facing room there is a small café table for the last evening light, and next to the other room there is an 8-person table ready for the first meal of the day in the morning sun. On the covered part of the terrace there are tables for 8 people, an electric grill and a gas grill, where you are responsible for refilling the empty gas bottle yourself. A terrace heater has been installed. In the garden there is a hammock for the older ones, a playhouse/pirate ship for the little ones, sandpit, slide/swing, garden croquet, Viking games, ladder golf, garden rackets, etc. etc. The cottage is surrounded by three empty plots of land and this, as well as the area's many trees, creates a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for total relaxation. This with great chances of enjoying deer, pheasants, squirrels or hares up close. Thorough guidance has been prepared in Danish and English with answers and solutions to any questions that may arise as well as suggestions for activities during the stay. The cottage is rented exclusively for holiday stays and not to youth or crafts groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
