The villa is a true haven for wellness, featuring an indoor whirlpool/spa tub for two persons and an indoor sauna for three persons, both fully heated, ensuring complete relaxation after a day by the water. For convenience, the bathroom is well-appointed with underfloor heating, a toilet, a sink, a shower cubicle, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. The house is efficiently heated using electric heating supplemented by an energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. Outside, the property is set on a landscaped 893 m² garden and is virtually surrounded by water, giving access to good sandy beaches. Outdoor living is celebrated here, with a terrace and a covered terrace where guests can sit and soak in the uninterrupted sea view. A garden grill is available for enjoying meals outside at this beautiful seaside location. The house is situated conveniently, with both a restaurant and a grocery store just 2.0 km away. Please note that parking is limited to a maximum of 2 cars at the house to maintain the beautiful views, and the property is not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
