On the south side of the house there is a nice terrace, a large part of which is covered. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open plan and form the natural gathering place for socializing and spending time together. The house is suitable for six people. Two of the beds are only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The beds are divided into two double beds and two bunk beds. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, four ceramic hotplates, a convection oven, and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, a 46-liter freezer, and a wood-burning stove. Bathroom with shower.There is a TV with Chromecast, radio, and wireless internet available. The cottage is also equipped with an energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The house is located on a 1297 m² garden plot. 20 m² terrace area. There is also a 20 m² covered terrace. Barbecue available. It is 1250 m to the sea. There is a lake 300 m away. The nearest shop is 1800 m away. There is a golf course 2700 m away. With the house's proximity to Nykøbing Sjælland, there are plenty of opportunities to explore the town with its rich shopping life, cafes, and restaurants, and the cozy harbor environment. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
