The large master bedroom has an elevation bed, built-in closet and beautiful views of the protected area and direct access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The property is located in the middle of the area, and from here there is a south-facing view of a large, protected area with hills, where organic cows graze in the summer. To the west there is a beautiful sea view with beautiful sunset. A small walk of only approx. 200 m leads to the beach with beautiful bathing water and plenty of opportunities for angling. If you go right along the beach, you come to Klint limestone quarry, a beautiful natural area. If you turn left, you can take long walks along the beach to Lumsås or turn into Sonnerupskoven. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
