The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, two double beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a game console, two televisions and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a football table. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with two showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a playground equipment and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee maker.

This vacation home for eight people is located in the village of Tjæreby, about 4 km from Marielyst, one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. The house has an activity room in the conservatory. The house was renovated in 2023 and is spacious and bright. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machines, ice cube machine, various kitchen appliances, and a dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine and dryer. The living room is large and spacious and has a TV with international channels and internet. The house has two bathrooms, one on each floor, both with a toilet, sink, and shower. There are four bedrooms, two with double beds, one with two single beds, and one with two bunk beds and a game console (Nintendo Swift). All bedrooms now have mosquito nets and blackout curtains. If you want to play and have fun, the conservatory is a great place, with a small play tower for the little ones and table football and electronic darts for the older ones. From the conservatory, you can step out onto the terrace, where there is garden furniture and a gas grill. There are now several swings (located in the shed). For the little ones, there is a sandbox and playhouse.Large Lego collection, lots of games (cupboard in the living room) The house also has three high chairs for the little ones. The house is heated by district heating. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
