The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and two double folding beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV, a stereo and a CD player. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace and there are two saunas. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a bath and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven and a dishwasher.

If you have a tour on land with directions to Nørresø and order within a kilometer of the house Maribo Cathedral, with its majestic old monastery church, is home to this 196 m² summer house. In the small house on the first floor there is access to the balcony with the best view over Nørresø. There are several terraces with outdoor furniture. On the large terrace on the side of the house, there is a gas grill and a barbecue, with space for a swim, after which you can try out the private sauna with views over the lake. As you get closer, you can enjoy the view and long-lasting coziness. The house is enclosed. Not suitable for residential groupsA refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
