The floor plan shows the layout, but special attention should be given to the cozy living room with a fireplace insert and large windows, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful views. This brings a wonderful natural light into the house. The entire home invites relaxation and is the perfect place to unwind and simply enjoy the beach, which is only 40 meters away. The summer house also includes three bedrooms, a small kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway. Next to the house, there is an annex with a double bed. Svinø is a beautiful, nature-rich area, offering plenty of peace and idyllic surroundings during the summer. It takes less than an hour and a half by car from Copenhagen to reach Svinø. Nearby attractions include BonBon-Land, the Forest Tower, Labyrinth Park, and more. The beach features a newly built bathing pier and otherwise offers a lovely, clean sandy shore.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
