The home is arranged over two floors, offering plenty of space for families or two groups of friends traveling together. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, bathroom, and two comfortable bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed. On the first floor, exposed wooden beams create a warm and cozy atmosphere. Here you will find a living room, another bedroom with a double bed, and an additional bathroom. The area offers many experiences right outside your door. Within seconds you can walk to several excellent restaurants, including Arken and Stacy’s. Just around the corner you will also find two popular ice cream shops. There are plenty of scenic walking and cycling paths, and Køge town center is only a short distance away. The historic and charming old town of Køge offers a wide variety of shops, cafés, cultural experiences, and a lively market every Saturday. At Køge Marina Harbor Bath, you can swim both in summer and winter, and with a day pass you can also enjoy the sauna. Only 200 meters from the property you will find Hotel Køge Søbad, where day passes are available for the spa, pools, and other facilities. The home has quick access to the motorway and good public transport connections to Køge. From there, it is easy to reach Copenhagen by S-train. For golf enthusiasts, there are two golf clubs nearby. Køge Swimming Center, with indoor water slides, is only 3 km from the property, and the popular Forest Tower (Skovtårnet) near Rønnede is also within a short driving distance. A private parking space is available. Note: The property is not rented to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
