This inviting holiday home is located in Kyndeløse. Originally built in 1983, it was fully renovated in 2022 and now offers modern comfort while retaining its welcoming charm. The house is bright and spacious, with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that allows the whole family to gather, share meals, and relax together. Large windows let in plenty of daylight, creating a warm and airy atmosphere. The property has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, a second with both a double and a single bed, and a third with a single bed and a child’s bed. In addition, the living room includes a sofa bed that can sleep two more guests, giving the house flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating provides extra comfort and convenience. Outside, a covered terrace is available, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air or lighting up the barbecue in the evenings. The spacious, well-kept garden has plenty of room for play and includes a trampoline, which can be used at your own risk. A beautiful bathing jetty lies just a few hundred meters below the house, offering easy access to refreshing swims. Guests who enjoy water activities will also appreciate the canoe, available free of charge for exploring the scenic surroundings. This holiday home combines updated facilities with a family-friendly setting, making it ideal for relaxation as well as outdoor fun. Please note that rentals to youth or work groups are not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
