The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to easily prepare meals for the whole family, and the living area offers plenty of space for socializing. Amenities include 2 stoves, 2 extractor hoods, a microwave, an electric kettle, 2 coffee makers, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, and 1 upright freezer. An iron is also provided in the house. The spacious 3,100 m² plot offers plenty of room for ball games and play, while the 200 m² of terrace space (including 24 m² of covered area) provides ample opportunity for sunbathing, barbecues, and cozy evenings outdoors. Two barbecues are available for guests to use. Young holidaymakers have also been considered – the house has two cots and two high chairs, and outside you will find swings, a sandbox, a trampoline, a football goal, and a play frame. Youth groups are not allowed in the house.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
