Holiday home in Marielyst with an 18 m² swimming pool, where you can spend the whole week keeping fit with daily swims, combined with pure relaxation in the hot tub and sauna, which are located in the pool room, which features a high ceiling. There are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a hot tub for 4–6 people and a sauna. The 28 m² games room is where you can play billiards and table tennis. There are four TVs in different areas, as well as a PlayStation 2, a Nintendo Wii and a DVD player. There’s also a billiards table and an electronic darts board. The well-designed kitchen features two ovens, two dishwashers and ample fridge space. Naturally, there is underfloor heating in the bathrooms and throughout the rest of the house, which is also heated by geothermal energy. You can enjoy the crackling fire from the wood-burning stove indoors whilst spending time together. The house’s kitchen is well-equipped. There is space on the grounds for ball games and other activities. There is a 164 m² terrace, 51 m² of which is covered, providing a space for barbecues and relaxation, so you can organise a barbecue evening. The security deposit must be paid online before arrival. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
