The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double folding bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower.

Super cozy townhouse of 120 m2, located in quiet surroundings in the countryside, approx. 4 km down to the beach. The cottage overlooks fields on both sides of the house, and the first floor is equipped with a PlayStation 3 including lots of games and board games, making it a real den for the youngest guests or childlike souls. Shopping can be done in Horslunde, which is about 3 km from the cottage. The nearby larger town of Nakskov is about 13 km away and is known for its charming maritime atmosphere, offering local shops, cozy cafes, and delicious restaurants. On Lolland, you can also visit the cozy fishing and marina on Langø or Dodekalitten and Knuthenborg Safari Park or the Medieval Center, so you will not be bored on Lolland. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a bedroom with a double bed, and on the first floor, there is a double bed and a double sofa bed, as well as a PlayStation 3 and some board games. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, electric stove with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine in the hallway. The living room has a smart TV and wireless internet. The cottage bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower. The cottage is located on a 900 m2 plot, so there is plenty of opportunity for play and games as well as sunbathing. The covered terrace has garden furniture and sun loungers as well as a charcoal grill, so you can enjoy yourself. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
