The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a double bed and a double folding bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge, a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker and a stove.

This vacation home is bright and airy, as the living room, kitchen, and bar are open plan and have light from all four sides. The hallway has two double wardrobes and access to the two bedrooms and the large bathroom. Designed so that the whole family can be together and do different things at the same time. Two chefs can take care of the food; one in the kitchen, the other out in the lovely, bright utility room. There are two refrigerators in the house. You can play board games or enjoy a drink in the high bar stools, relax on the daybed, and watch TV on the sofas. Afterwards, you can enjoy a good dinner indoors or outdoors on the large covered terrace. UTILITY ROOM Brewery, OUTDOOR AREA has sun loungers, and the living room has a smart TV. The spacious bathroom is accessible from the entrance. If you sleep in the two bedrooms accessible from the entrance area, you will not be disturbed by the hustle and bustle in the living room and kitchen. All three bedrooms have large windows overlooking the beautiful garden. All windows are equipped with blackout curtains. The garden, which is just over 1,200 m², enjoys sunshine from morning to evening and is also completely screened off at a height of at least 170 cm. The house is the last house on a closed holiday home road. There are two parking spaces. Due to allergies in the owner's family, pets are not welcome! The house is a non-smoking house and is not rented to youth groups! A vacation home for multi-generational stays, families, or couples who can enjoy a wonderful vacation together here. The key box is on the corner by the front door.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
