The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with four bunk beds, two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions and a heather. In addition there is a terrace and there are two sets of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a freezer.

The heart of the house is the open-plan kitchen and living area, where meals and memories come together. The kitchen flows naturally into a bright glazed veranda with a dining and seating area, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning light or a quiet evening meal indoors while still feeling close to the garden. The living room, complete with a wood-burning stove and TV (including a selection of German channels), offers a cosy retreat after a day at the beach. Step outside and you’ll find a generous covered terrace, furnished with everything you need for relaxed outdoor living: lounge furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a peaceful view of the garden. Whether you’re sharing a summer barbecue, reading a book in the shade, or watching the children play, this space is designed for unwinding together. The surrounding area is equally appealing. Stillinge Strand is known for its beautiful sandy beach, where families can swim, play, and soak up the sun. In summer, a short 500-metre stroll from the house takes you to an ice cream parlour and a burger bar—perfect for treating yourself after a day by the sea. With its flexible sleeping arrangements, bright living spaces, and close proximity to the beach, this holiday home offers a warm and practical base for a memorable coastal holiday. Please note: rentals are not available to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
