The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a double folding bed and two single beds. With a fantastic view of the sea at Gedser, you will find this bricklayer's house from 1937 in the front row down to the water. You can walk from the house down through the garden's small paths directly to the sandy beach. The vacation home has two floors. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, kitchen, small toilet, living room, and a small conservatory. On the first floor, there are bedrooms consisting of one room with a double bed, one room with two single beds, and one room with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. The kitchen has electric hotplates, a separate oven, and a fridge-freezer. The living room has a TV with Chromecast, internet, and a wood-burning stove. The small conservatory opens onto the garden, where you can relax in the garden furniture or on one of the two sun loungers, and when evening approaches, you can use the charcoal grill. There are local shopping opportunities in Gedser. Gedser Remise with the Olsen Gang's house, flea market, bicycle rental, and restaurant is nearby. It is approximately 300 m walking distance to the ferry terminal. Not available for rental to youth groups. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
