About the holiday home This idyllic holiday home with thatched roof is located in a quiet area in Gedesby. The house is divided into two sections, each with its own kitchen, living room and bathroom, but with enough space for everyone to gather in the large living room around the large dining table or on the terrace. On the 1st floor there are 2 activity rooms and 2 bedrooms. The holiday home is well-equipped with white goods, kitchenware, free wireless internet, WiFi speakers, TV with Chromecast for streaming, darts, table football and games console/Playstation. There are Danish and German channels on TV. Energy-friendly holiday home with wood-burning stove and air/water heat pump. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. In the large garden you can play football with goals or enjoy life on the large wooden terrace, where there is an outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower, barbecue, sun loungers and garden furniture. If you're into fishing, there's a cleaning station and a deep freezer with a minimum capacity of 60 litres, and it's about 1,500 metres to the coast where you can swim and fish. Gedesby beach is a good child-friendly wide sandy beach. Not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
