Inside, you’ll find an entrance hall, a room with a sofa bed and desk – ideal for remote work or a baby cot – as well as a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a charming older kitchen connected to the dining area and living room. From the living room, there's access to a covered terrace and a large open wooden deck perfect for sunbathing or outdoor dining. The spacious garden features a lawn with outdoor games for the whole family to enjoy. A small annex with bunk beds offers extra sleeping space, especially suited for children. The house is within walking distance of a lovely sandy beach and just a 4-minute drive to Havnsø Harbour, where you'll find restaurants, a fish shop, grocery stores, and an ice cream stand. Only 10 minutes away by car lies Vesterlyng – Zealand’s largest heathland with free-roaming cows, dunes, and beautiful beaches. Ferries to Sejerø and Nekselø depart from the harbor. The house is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
