The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double folding bed, two double beds and four single folding beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heater and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a porch and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The house is well equipped with modern amenities, including internet, TV with both Danish and German channels, bathroom with underfloor heating, and a practical utility room with washing machine and dryer. A guest toilet with separate exit from the outside adds extra comfort. Outside, there is a lovely, large terrace where you can enjoy the view of the water, the sun's rays, and evenings around the fire pit. The guest house also has its own tiled terrace, and the entire property is fenced in—perfect for both children and dogs. The large and lush garden features an idyllic, fenced-in pond, a wishing well, a shelter with overnight accommodation, and plenty of space for play and relaxation. With a short walk to the water and a short drive to a dog forest, shopping, and a beautiful sandy beach, this cottage is an ideal choice for those who want comfort, nature experiences, and tranquility. Please note: Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
