Situated in the popular seaside resort of Vejers, this holiday cottage is located on a 2250 m² large natural plot. The house is tastefully furnished, so you can feel at home the moment you step inside. The 41 m² swimming pool room is provided with a 21 m² large swimming pool and a relaxing whirlpool for 5 persons. After a long day full of activities you can get warm in the sauna. The open-plan, fully fitted kitchen is connected to the living room which is furnished with a flat screen TV, a satellite dish, a video, a stereo sound system with a CD-player and a wood burning stove. In one of the bedrooms, there is also a PlayStation with games. On the plot you will find swing and sandpit and there is also outdoor table tennis and a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). The house is located near a beach with inshore fishing and Put and Take fishing lakes, so remember to bring your fishing gear. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
