The badroom is equipped with three toilets and three baths or showers.

The 7 bedrooms and the loft area are furnished with comfortable box mattresses. An extra baby cot is also available for the youngest family members. Underfloor heating throughout the entire house ensures a comfortable indoor climate all year round. The large combined dining and living area is tastefully furnished and serves as the cozy heart of the house. Here you will find a comfortable sofa area, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with CD player, and a wood-burning stove that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere on cooler evenings. For families with children, two high chairs are also available. Outside, the garden offers great facilities for children, including a sandbox and swings. The large open sun terrace and the covered terrace provide the perfect setting for relaxing summer days and cozy barbecue evenings with family and friends. The security deposit is paid in cash upon arrival to the caretaker on site.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
