General

The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, an oven, a dishwasher and a stove.

On the outskirts of the charming and historic castle town of Tranekær on North Langeland, you will find this summer house, which is half of a semi-detached house. The bright house has two floors, and from virtually all the windows in the house there is a beautiful view of the landscape with open fields and wild horses. On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom/toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, and two living rooms en suite, as well as access to the beautiful, hilly garden, where there is plenty of space to romp around or simply enjoy the sun, nature, and cozy get-togethers. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a large landing with a large cot. The house has Wi-Fi and a TV with Chromecast, so you can stream your favorite programs. There is central heating with a new air-to-water heat pump and a new wood-burning stove, so the house can be heated quickly all year round. The house has been continuously renovated and is bright and inviting. The Archipelago Trail, with its adventurous hiking routes, passes right by the house. It is not far to the Medicinal Garden, Tickon Land Art Park, Tranekær Castle, the café in the Orangery, and Icelandic horse riding (Stutteri Almindingen). Just 2 kilometers away, there is access to a beautiful and child-friendly beach (Åsø Strand) and good opportunities for coastal fishing. Cannot be rented by youth groups or construction workers. The electricity consumption for the air-water heat pump is measured on a separate electrical panel located in the basement.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

On 500 meter of BF-HGKBD you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 2 kilometer. There is a mall nearby, in 4 kilometer. You can also relax, because near BF-HGKBD in Tranekær you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
