The holiday home for 18 persons has three bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with ten single beds, four single folding beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, a TV, a stereo, a game console and a heather. In addition there is a billiard, a football table, a table tennis table, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a garden, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The badroom is equipped with three toilets and three showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, a high chair and a cot.

Located in a lovely cottage area near Mommark, where there are many shared activities, you will find this cottage for 18 people with a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and activity room. With seven bedrooms, this summer house is an obvious destination for a vacation with friends or a large family. The sleeping accommodations are also divided into two sleeping areas, making the layout ideal for larger groups. The cottage offers a wealth of activities and entertainment options, so no guest will be bored in either summer or winter. A dip in the 18 m2 swimming pool with water slide, Roman steps, and counter-current system is an option all year round. Alternatively, you can enjoy a warm dip in the room's hot tub, where a trip to the sauna also contributes to the relaxing feeling. If, on the other hand, you feel like letting loose and testing your skills in various disciplines, the activity room is sure to tempt you. Here you can duel in table tennis, table football, billiards, PlayStation 4, or darts. In addition, the judges of the duels can take a seat at the bar, where the refrigerator and bar stools invite you to enjoy a cool refreshment. Centrally located in the house is the large kitchen/family room. From the long dining table, you can keep an eye on those swimming in the pool or the meal that is being prepared. The kitchen is well-equipped, and with both a double stove, two ovens, a sink, and two dishwashers, cooking for many people becomes both fun and manageable. From the cozy sofa corner near the cottage's wood-burning stove, there is a view of the terrace and lawn. If the weather is good, you can enjoy the Danish summer with a barbecue on the terrace or playing in the garden, where the children are guaranteed to love the in-ground trampoline (used at your own risk/insurance) and swing set. All luxury vacation homes in Mommark have access to a large, shared outdoor play area and multi-purpose court. Here, children and the young at heart can spend their vacation days playing on the large pirate ship, swinging, sliding, and climbing on the climbing frame. The grass-covered multi-purpose court can be used for soccer, basketball, foot tennis, volleyball, and badminton. Next to the play area, you will also find tables and benches where adults and other spectators can enjoy themselves and relax.The grounds are located high up, so there is a sea view. Due to the size of the house, the cleaning fee for this vacation home differs from the normal list price. Consumption and deposit are to be paid in cash on site to the caretaker. Not available for rental to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
