The holiday home for 16 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, eight single beds and four single folding beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a TV, a CD player, a game console and a heather. In addition there is a table tennis table, a football table, a billiard, a terrace, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The badroom is equipped with three toilets and three showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, a stovetop, a microwave and a coffee maker.

Spend your vacation in this 16-person cottage near a good beach in Mommark. The cottage has its own indoor pool area with a 16 m2 pool, counter-current system, underwater lights, and water slide. Here you can spend many hours swimming and having fun regardless of the weather. The swimming opportunities continue outdoors, where you will find both an outdoor hot tub and an outdoor sauna. In addition, there is also an outdoor shower, where you can take a refreshing dip after a hot sauna session.Outside, in addition to the wellness facilities, there is also plenty of space for relaxation and play. The partially covered terrace has garden furniture, a barbecue, and electric patio heaters for cool evenings. Children can play in the garden, where there is a swing, sandpit, and trampoline. The vacation home also offers a wealth of activities in the activity room. Here, fun, games, and entertainment are always guaranteed with billiards, table tennis, table soccer, and darts. You will also find a cozy TV corner with PlayStation 4 and the opportunity to relax with a good movie. In the middle of the house, you will find the kitchen/family room with plenty of space for cooking for the whole family. The kitchen is well-equipped and open, so cooking and chatting can easily be combined. In front of the kitchen, there is room for everyone at the long dining table. On cool days, you can light the wood-burning stove in the living room while relaxing on the sofa with a good book or watching TV. The cottage has two sleeping areas, each with a bathroom. There are six bedrooms in total. In addition, there are four sleeping places in the loft, which is often popular with children and young people. This holiday home can also be used by wheelchair users. One of the bedrooms is designed to be wheelchair accessible. All doors are extra wide and without doorsteps. However, not all entrance/exit doors are completely level (approx. 5 cm). Access to the pool room (approx. 8 cm). There are two lightweight aluminum ramps in the house to assist with access. In the pool area, there is a large handicap-accessible bathroom, and the pool is equipped with Roman steps. All luxury holiday homes in Mommark have access to a large, shared outdoor play area and multi-purpose court. Here, children and the young at heart can spend their vacation days playing on the large pirate ship, swinging, sliding, and climbing on the climbing frame. The grass-covered multi-purpose court can be used for soccer, basketball, foot tennis, volleyball, and badminton. Next to the play area, you will also find tables and benches where adults and other spectators can enjoy themselves and relax. If you are coming by electric car, there is an 11 kW charging box installed at the house. Due to the size of the house, the price of cleaning for thisholiday home differs from the normal list price. Settlement of consumption,cleaning, and deposit are paid in cash on site to the caretaker. Not available for rental to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
