The holiday home for 20 persons has four bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with four single folding beds, ten single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a game console, a CD player, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a table tennis table, a billiard, a balcony or terrace, a terrace, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The badroom is equipped with four showers and four toilets.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The holiday home has its own 18 m2 indoor swimming pool with a water slide, Roman steps, and a counter-current system. The pool room also has a luxurious hot tub and sauna, so you can enjoy a true wellness experience. The holiday home has a cozy living room with a dining table and sofa corner. You can enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove with a good movie or book. The stylish kitchen is well-equipped and is an extension of the living room. Here you will find the extra spacious kitchen with an extra hob, refrigerator, oven, and space for large meals. Next to the living room, you will find the cottage's activity room, where you can play games and enjoy each other's company. You can challenge each other to a game of table football or darts, or use the combined pool/table tennis table. If the children want to watch a movie while the adults enjoy themselves in the living room, they can watch it in the activity room, which has a TV and PlayStation4. The 20 beds are divided into eight double rooms in three sections of the house and a loft with four good mattresses, which is especially popular with children and young people. In addition, there is a bathroom in each sleeping area and an extra bathroom by the pool area. When the weather permits, guests can relax on the partially covered terrace. This is the perfect place for a barbecue or relaxing in the sun on warm days, while the children jump on the in-ground trampoline in the garden (used at your own risk/insurance). All luxury vacation homes in Mommark have access to a large, shared outdoor play area and multi-purpose court. Here, children and the young at heart can spend their vacation days playing on the large pirate ship, swinging, sliding, and climbing on the climbing frame. The grass-covered multi-purpose court can be used for soccer, basketball, foot tennis, volleyball, and badminton. Next to the play area, you will also find tables and benches where adults and other spectators can enjoy themselves and relax. Utility bills and the deposit are paid in cash on site to the caretaker. Not available for rental to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
