The holiday home for 8 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double folding bed and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater, three televisions and a stereo. In addition there is a sauna and there are three sets of garden furniture and two terraces. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

The house was completely renovated in 2020 and is extremely attractive, with many delightful details for the discerning tenant. There is a large entrance hall with plenty of space for coats and shoes, a utility room with washing machine and dryer, a large, bright kitchen with dishwasher and oven with built-in microwave, open to the family room and living room, from which there is a breathtaking view of the sound. Here you can enjoy the sight of passing sailboats and the many sports enthusiasts who use kayaks and paddleboards in the area. The family room has a dining area, a wood-burning stove, and access to two beautiful terraces where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun and, not least, the breathtaking view. The living room has a sofa and TV with Chromecast. There are two bathrooms and a total of four bedrooms, the largest of which has direct access to the largest bathroom with double shower, sauna with LED lighting, and access to a covered terrace with outdoor shower. Two of the bedrooms have TVs with Chromecast. If you want to go swimming, there are many options, e.g. Sønderborg Havnebad is nearby, and there are many good beaches in the area, including at Sønderborg Castle. From the apartment, you have a view of Hotel Alsik, which offers a wealth of spa and wellness experiences as well as gastronomy in a class of its own. Sønderborg has a lot to offer, both culturally and historically. For example, both Dybbøl Mølle and Sønderborg Castle are within walking distance of the house, and there are many restaurants and shopping opportunities to choose from in Sønderborg Midtby. Not available for rental to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
