The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a football table, a table tennis table, a terrace, a balcony or terrace and a garden. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, a stovetop, a microwave and a coffee maker.

In Grønninghoved, you will find this summer house from autumn 2021. The house is located high up in one of the east coast's most beautiful summer house areas with a unique view of the Little Belt. The architect-designed cottage has high ceilings and a huge window section facing the water, which makes the house very bright. From the large kitchen/family room, living room, and activity room, you have a panoramic view of the water, so you can watch the boats on the water from both the kitchen sink and the sofa. In the large, separate activity room, you can spend many hours in a fun and enjoyable way with table football, table tennis, and bob games. There is an extra TV in the activity room. There are four spacious bedrooms, two at each end of the house, separated by a bathroom. Furthermore, all bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. The house is almost surrounded by terraces on the sides of the house, where you can enjoy the outdoors with, for example, barbecues and games. There are approximately 100 m2 of terraces, some of which are covered, so you can enjoy the outdoors from morning to evening. After a lovely day at the beach, you can use the outdoor shower on the terrace. There is also the option to charge your electric car. Please note that the lawn was newly laid in October 2021. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
