In a quiet and picturesque setting near Humble in the south of Langeland Island, you will find this well-designed, smaller semi-detached house, which has been completely renovated for the 2023 season. The vacation home is spread over two levels: on the ground floor, there is a large kitchen/living area with a dining and sitting area, as well as a modern bathroom and direct access to the patio and garden, where you can enjoy the sun, peace and nature, with a view of the countryside. Upstairs in the attic, you will find a large, bright, combined living room and bedroom with a double bed. If necessary, two loose mattresses can also be used in the living area. The accommodation therefore has a maximum of four beds, but is more suitable for a couple with small children. There is fast WiFi and a smart TV with the option of streaming your own providers. The apartment is habitable all year round and equipped with a climate-friendly heat pump. There is also a cozy wood-burning stove for cooler days. A good starting point for wonderful vacation experiences for those who do not necessarily want to stay on the beach or in a real vacation home area, but rather value nature and quiet surroundings. The area offers good cycling and hiking trails as well as short distances to the beach, good fishing waters, and shopping opportunities. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
