Holiday home with whirlpool and sauna in quiet surroundings in the scenic Bolilmark on Rømø. The cottage consists of a large and bright kitchen / living room with wood stove and panoramic windows that face the heather-clad meadows at the back of the cottage, where there is also a nice southwest-facing terrace and play equipment for the children. Three good bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool and direct access to the sauna. There is an enclosed, southeast facing terrace at the front of the house where you can enjoy the morning sun. An energy-saving air / air heat pump is installed in the house. There is a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). The cottage is located near a walking and cycling path that leads you directly to the beach at Lakolk. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
