The holiday home for 16 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with 12 single beds and four single folding beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a billiard, a set of garden furniture, a football table, a table tennis table, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The badroom is equipped with three showers and three toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a playground equipment and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee maker.

The pool is ready to jump into upon arrival, as it is heated for you in advance. Only your imagination sets the limits for what you can play or do in the pool – hours of fun are guaranteed. If you need some fresh air, you can move your swimming activities to the beach, which is close to the house. If the pool or beach isn't enough entertainment for you, you can hold a big Olympics with the various activities in the activity room. In this house, the Olympics offer billiards, table football, table tennis, and darts. After or between tournaments, you can pour yourself a refreshment at the bar. The adults or less competitive friends and/or family members can relax on the sofas in the kitchen-living room, where you can enjoy a movie, a card or board game, or a good book. In the cold seasons, you can enjoy the wood-burning stove in the house. Relaxation can also easily take place in the outdoor sauna or hot tub. The cooking team can use the large kitchen in the living room, where there is a wide range of equipment that can be used for cooking. You may also prefer to cook on the barbecue out on the terrace. Meals can be enjoyed at the long dining table indoors or out on the terrace. Once you've digested your meal, you can jump on the trampoline, play soccer or basketball, or play on the multi-purpose court outside. There are six bedrooms, and then you have to fight over who gets to sleep in the last four beds in the loft – I bet the kids will grab them! The house has three bathrooms. All vacation homes on Rømø have access to a large communal outdoor play area and multi-purpose court. Here, children and the young at heart can spend their vacation days playing on the large pirate ship, swinging, sliding, and climbing on the climbing frame. The grass-covered multi-purpose court can be used for soccer, basketball, foot tennis, volleyball, and badminton. Next to the play area, you will also find tables and benches where adults and other spectators can enjoy themselves and relax. The holiday home is just 350 meters from the water on the east side of Rømø. If you want to go swimming, there are plenty of opportunities to do so on the west coast of Rømø, where the holiday home is located just 4 km from Lakolk beach.Not available for rental to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
