This holiday home with outdoor sauna from 2016 is centrally located on Rømø, within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and only approx. 200 m from the unique Wadden Sea. The modern kitchen is i.a. equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge / freezer and stove with ceramic hobs. In the tastefully furnished living room there is a radio and TV with DR via the living room antenna in addition to satellite dish and German channels. Wireless internet is available. An energy-saving heat pump is installed. The house has a large and partially covered terrace with garden furniture, two sun loungers and barbecue. There is an outdoor sauna and an outdoor shower. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

    Payment terms and -periods

    A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

    If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
