The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a TV, a stereo and a CD player. In addition there is a football table, a table tennis table, a barbecue and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with three toilets and three baths or showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a playground equipment.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stovetop, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a stove.

Detailed information

This farmhouse has been completely renovated in 2013. The materials and furnishings are of the best quality. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, two ovens and ceramic hobs. There are two large living rooms in the house, a TV room and three bathrooms. The house is located in a scenic area close to protected areas such as the peninsula Skallingen. Many activities throughout the area, including golf and tennis. No letting to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
