The holiday home for 30 persons has five bathrooms and 12 bedrooms and is equipped with 16 single beds, four double beds and six single folding beds. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, a radio, a TV, a stereo, a game console, a DVD player and a heather. In addition there is a billiard, a barbecue, a table tennis table, a football table, a terrace, a sauna, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The badroom is equipped with five baths or showers and five toilets.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a stovetop, a stove, a microwave and a dishwasher.

This particularly spacious vacation home has 12 bedrooms and 6 additional sleeping places in the loft, offering space for up to 30 people. The large activity room features a bar counter, a seating area, and various games for leisure fun. For swimming fun, there is a pool area with a pool, sauna, and whirlpool for relaxation. The pool is 23 m² in size and has a slide for the children's enjoyment. The swimming trainer can be used for fitness training. For relaxation, the pool area also has a large whirlpool and a sauna, each with space for up to six people. In the activity room, you can relax with billiards, table tennis, electronic darts, or table soccer. There is also WiFi and a PlayStation 4 in the house. For family life, there is a spacious kitchen/living area with a dining and seating area next to the activity room. Both rooms are furnished with seating and a TV, where you can make yourself comfortable. In the activity room, there is a bar counter with a refrigerator for convivial evenings, and in the living area, there is a cozy wood-burning stove for the cooler months. The interior is bright and cozy, with modern furnishings. The well-equipped kitchen has two stoves, sinks, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, coffee machines, etc. This makes it possible to cook for up to 30 people and do the dishes relatively quickly. The many sleeping places in the house are divided into four sleeping areas, each with three bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom. There are also six additional sleeping places upstairs in the open, spacious sleeping loft or attic. Outside, a playground and a multi-sports field have been created on an area between two houses, which the neighboring house also has access to. HAGS, known as a leading manufacturer in the industry, was responsible for the design and equipment of the area, placing great emphasis on safety. There is something for everyone here! Children will enjoy the swing set, play tower, slide, and climbing frame. The sports field itself is covered with artificial turf and can be used for soccer, basketball, soccer tennis, volleyball, and badminton. Between the sports field and playground, there is a lounge area with tables and benches for refreshments or a break in between. The sunken garden trampoline can only be used at your own risk. No rentals to youth groups!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
