Really nice cottage, decorated in bright and modern colors, with both wooden and tiled floors. All rooms appear bright and modern and with a large window in the living room, so that at all times of the year the most beautiful light comes inside. Living room and kitchen are in open connection with each other and with the wood stove as a good centerpiece. From the living room there is access to both the terrace and the large plot, where there is ample opportunity for good outdoor activities. It should also be mentioned, as a big plus, that the cottage is furnished in 2012 with a beautiful activity room, where there is really the opportunity for games and play. Here is installed pool table, table tennis, darts, air hockey, etc. The cottage has free access to the swimming pool in Nr. Nebel and Varde. Lovely cottage in Houstrup - Holiday home with dog! Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
