The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a radio, a CD player, a stereo, a game console and a DVD player. In addition there is a billiard, a table tennis table, a set of garden furniture, a football table, a terrace, a sauna and a swimming pool and there are two barbecues and two jacuzzis. The badroom is equipped with three baths or showers and three toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a microwave.

The vacation home is located in the scenic area of Houstrup Strand, known for its child-friendly beach. Here you are not far from West Jutland's many fun attractions and vacation home areas that exude cosiness and Danish vacation home atmosphere. The holiday home has an indoor pool (18 m2), water slide, and counter-current system. You can also relax in the bubbling hot tub or enjoy the warmth of the sauna. The pool is, of course, heated and ready to jump into. You will also find an outdoor spa on the terrace. In this beautiful luxury holiday home, you can challenge each other to a game of billiards or table tennis. In the activity room, you can also compete in a game of table football and play PlayStation 4. Spectators can enjoy a cool drink from the bar in the corner. The kitchen-living room is cosily furnished with a sofa group in front of the TV and a long dining table with room for everyone. The holiday home also has a wood-burning stove to keep you warm on cool days. The kitchen is stylishly furnished and equipped so that you can cook a delicious meal. The cottage has 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are also 4 sleeping places in the loft in the activity room (best for children and young people). When the sun is shining, you can enjoy the Danish summer on the terrace, which has garden furniture and a barbecue. The terrace is enclosed and partially covered, so you can also sit in the shade or shelter. In the garden, you will find a swing set/play tower, a small sandbox, 2 soccer goals, and an in-ground trampoline. The garden is fenced around the entire property. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
