The holiday home for 18 persons has three bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with 14 single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a stereo and a heater. In addition there is a sauna, a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture, a football table, a jacuzzi, a billiard, a patio, a garden and a barbecue and there are three terraces. The badroom is equipped with three showers and four toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment.

The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, a stove, a coffee maker, an oven and a convection microwave.

Here you’ll find a large heated swimming pool (3.3 x 6 x 1.4 meters) with a water slide and counter-current system – perfect for both play and exercise. Afterwards, you can unwind in the hot tub or enjoy the heat of the sauna. The house is designed with comfort and privacy in mind, ensuring everyone gets a good night’s sleep and a relaxed start to the day. The spacious bedrooms are bright and cozy, featuring comfortable beds and practical storage, so you can easily settle in and feel at home. Outside, the house offers two terraces, allowing you to enjoy both sun and shelter throughout the day. The terrace is also partially covered and equipped with two charcoal grills, creating the perfect setting for long summer evenings. As a practical bonus, the house includes two charging options for electric vehicles – both a modern and a traditional connector. The holiday home is located in the attractive Houstrup area, close to Henne Strand and Nymindegab, where the waves of the North Sea, wide sandy beaches, forests, and cycling routes create the perfect setting for your holiday. Bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable shed. This is not just a holiday home – it’s the setting for unforgettable vacation memories. A caretaker is associated with the property, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. Note: Rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
