The holiday home for 20 persons has four bathrooms and nine bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and 16 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a jacuzzi, a garden, a porch, a set of garden furniture, a sauna and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, three showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a freezer, a washing machine, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a stove and a convection microwave.

The large parking area in front of the property provides excellent parking for several cars, making the house particularly practical for larger groups. Within a short drive, you can reach popular holiday destinations such as Henne Strand, Nymindegab, and Bork Havn, where you will find wide sandy beaches, charming harbor environments, and great opportunities for water sports. Additionally, Filsø and Blåbjerg Klitplantage are nearby, serving as ideal destinations for hiking and cycling in the beautiful West Jutland nature. Keys are handed over by the caretaker upon arrival, at which time the consumption meters are read. Upon departure, the consumption is read again and settled directly with the caretaker.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
