General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a DVD player, a CD player, a radio and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two baths or showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a freezer, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, a stovetop and a coffee maker.

Holiday home located in Langeland's most famous holiday area, by one of Denmark's best bathing beaches. The house includes, among other things, a practical, open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and a dining area with direct access to a sun terrace with a fire pit. Access to a carport with a shed containing a chest freezer and the possibility to use the small outdoor kitchen/fish cleaning area. The living room has a wood-burning stove and comfortable leather furniture, a TV, satellite dish, stereo system with a PlayStation, and 2 DVD players. From the living room, there is a view of the pool area which includes a swimming pool, whirlpool/spa tub, sauna, and one of the house's 2 toilets/bathrooms, which is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. From the living room and the pool area, there is access to a terrace facing the large garden, where the youngest family members can use the sandbox, swings, and play tower, while the older family members can play a football match on the lawn. There is also a dedicated bonfire area. Langeland is idyllic, offering plenty of nature and small, cozy villages such as Rudkøbing with its small old houses and streets. The old Tranekær Castle is also worth a visit with its new attraction, the "Landscape-ark Park." A little further away, you will find H.C. Andersen's birthplace, Odense, or Egeskov Castle with many children's attractions and museums. Take a trip to Funen (Fyn) and visit some of the charming market towns. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
