Upstairs in the attic, there are two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. This layout makes the house ideal for families or small groups traveling together, offering both shared spaces and private rooms. Outdoors, guests can enjoy two terraces, one of which is covered and perfect for barbecues or relaxing in the summer weather. A small enclosed playground is also available, making the property particularly family-friendly. The surrounding area is both scenic and inviting, with easy access to water, forests, and wide open landscapes. It is a wonderful setting for long walks, birdwatching, or simply enjoying the natural beauty of the Wadden Sea region. Various excursion destinations are also within easy reach, offering opportunities for cultural visits and day trips. The house is equipped with an iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner for added convenience. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
